Precognition Applications and Free Will
  • June 2004 IRVA Conference
  • Las Vegas, NV
2
Determinism
  • "Everything is determined, the

beginning as well as the end, by

forces over which we have no

control.  It is determined for the

insect as well as for the star.

  • Human beings, vegetables, or

cosmic dust, we all dance to a

    mysterious tune, intoned in

the distance by an invisible piper.”
  •
       -  Albert Einstein
3
Free Will – Two Definitions
  • The ability or discretion to choose; free choice
  • A will free from improper coercion or restraint.
4
Consciousness – Points of View
  • Biophysics and chemistry of the nervous system at nanotechnology scale - you are a “quantum computer” with free will.
  • Consciousness is more fundamental than the physical world of energy-space-time.  Intentions, thoughts, emotions, beliefs, free will, etc are fundamental.
5
Consciousness – Points of View
  • Consciousness and the physical world are partners - free will is one important link.

HRVG.ORG Precog Example
  • March 14, 1998 - RV session is done without a monitor.
  • March 15, 1998 - The session was analyzed and summarized.
  • March 19, 1998 - This information was given to Dick Allgire who had a notarized statement drafted summarizing the prediction as follows:
  •     Former military remote viewers predict a "significant" UFO event on the night of April 3, 1998 off the island of Oahu in Hawaii.  They feel the event will occur somewhere between Pearl Harbor and Ewa Beach.  Duration about 20 minutes, with some disruption of air traffic control at Honolulu International Airport.

"A pilot for Aloha Airlines..."
  • A pilot for Aloha Airlines "witnessed the object while in the sky. He was obviously very excited and very moved by the experience. He said the object came within two miles of his (cargo) plane and lit up the entire sky...He said it created an increase in temperature that was felt by everyone in the cabin."
  • From newspaper: West Hawaii Today, dated March 29, 1998.
12
Practical Applications of Precognition
  • Associative Remote Viewing (ARV) of Financial Markets (sports, elections too)
    • Key future event is a photosite provided as FeedBack to a Remote Viewer.
    • Success Rate in our work is better than chance, but far from perfect, so applications must be done carefully.
      • Many sessions
    • Personal issues are raised, when done “for real”
      • Money
      • Quantitative:   Hit, Miss and Pass

Protocol 8 (P8) Summary
(Jan 2003 – May 2004)
  • 15 viewers participated (1 group of 5)
  • 4 viewers did over 100 sessions each for 72% of the total sessions to date

Practical Applications of Precognition
  • Conscious Creativity
    • Definition of creative: Characterized by originality and expressiveness; imaginative
    • Consciously intend to create.   Consciously take responsibility for the creation
      • take action, of your own free will
